Our Leadership
Jalsa Urubshurow - Jalsa, a Kalmyk Mongolian, was born and raised in the first Mongolian community in the U.S. in Howell Township, NJ. His parents settled in New Jersey after surviving Stalinist persecution in Russia and WWII DP camps in Germany, where his father found work in construction. Mr. Urubshurow grew up underprivileged and with limited options, but his steadfast belief in hard work and determination led him to become a highly successful entrepreneur and the embodiment of the American dream.

From a young age, Mr. Urubshurow worked alongside his father, uncles and cousins as a carpenter. He climbed the ladder and in 1988, he founded his own framing business, All•Tech Carpentry Contractors. Named the first Certified Framing Contractor in the United States by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), and the first contractor to win the National Housing Quality Award, All•Tech became the gold standard of framing contractors.
A serial entrepreneur, he later founded Nomadic Expeditions - the premier tour operator to Mongolia and beyond, and created the Three Camel Lodge in the Gobi Desert - a world renowned 5-star ecolodge. Back at home he also created a custom home builder, Compass Building, and his most recent success, Nomad Framing (and the Nomad Group of companies). Specializing in high density commercial wood frame construction, Nomad Framing and its affiliates are an innovative force providing the highest technical standards in the industry.

Pedro Loureiro - Born in Portugal and immigrated to the U.S. as a child, Pedro is the President of the Nomad Framing and it's affiliates.
Pedro has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been part of every task imaginable in the framing process. He began his career as a Laborer at the age of 18 for All•Tech. After years of honing his skills as a Carpenter, Foreman and eventually the Director of Production for All•Tech, in 2014, Pedro became its President.

For the past 5 years, Pedro has been a member of the Steering Committee for the National Framers Council, (the NFC develops and implements best practices for framing safely), and in 2020 served as it's President. During his tenure he worked hard to provide value their members by helping them move the framing industry in the right direction.

The Nomad Companies have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability. These characteristics, along with our strong commitment to quality, safety, sustainable products and practices, have enabled NOMAD to become one of the most recognized and respected names in framing today.
